MotorCycle Holdings Limited (ASX: MTO), Australia's largest motorcycle retailer, has announced a record-breaking revenue of $650 million for the financial year 2025, representing an 11.6% increase from the previous year.
This remarkable growth underscores the company's strategic initiatives and resilience in a challenging market.

The company experienced an 8% rise in new motorcycle sales, totaling 15,637 units, and a 5% increase in used motorcycle sales, reaching 10,533 units. These gains have elevated MotorCycle Holdings' market share to 16.6%, even as the overall industry faced stagnation.

Wholesale distribution also saw a significant uptick, with a 25% year-on-year increase. Online sales surged by 59%, highlighting the effectiveness of the company's digital transformation efforts.

CEO Matthew Wiesner attributed this success to growth across multiple business segments, the introduction of new product categories, and a strong digital focus. He emphasized the importance of an omnichannel approach to meet customer expectations for a seamless experience across online and in-store platforms.

In July, the company expanded its national footprint by acquiring Peter Stevens and Harley-Heaven dealerships in South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia. This expansion brings the total number of retail and wholesale sites to 55 across Australia and New Zealand, including brands like Mojo Motorcycles, Morgan & Wacker, and Cassons.

Additionally, MotorCycle Holdings has ventured into new categories such as off-highway vehicles and watercraft through recent acquisitions, broadening its appeal to adventure riders, families, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Looking ahead, the company plans to continue enhancing the customer journey by investing in digital and data initiatives, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all customers.
